Livoltek Strengthens Dealer Network with Nationwide Technical Training Sessions

Building on the momentum of its widely praised after-sales service standards, Livoltek has taken another impactful step toward ensuring superior customer support by organizing dedicated technical training sessions for its dealer network across Pakistan. This initiative, spearheaded by the After sales Department, is aimed at equipping dealers with hands-on troubleshooting knowledge, enhanced product understanding, and a faster, more efficient claims resolution process.

The recently held sessions were attended by Livoltek’s certified service engineers and over 50 key dealers from major cities, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, and Peshawar. The trainings focused on: Advanced diagnostics for inverters and battery systems, Real-time error code identification and troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance practices for optimal system performance, Walk  through of Livoltek’s streamlined warranty claims process.

This direct knowledge transfer has not only enhanced the technical capacity of Livoltek’s partner network but has also laid the groundwork for decentralized and faster issue resolution, reducing dependence on central service hubs.

“Our partners are our front line,” said Max Maa, Director Sales at Livoltek. “By empowering them with deep technical understanding, we’re making aftersales support more localized, more immediate, and more effective. This training initiative is part of our broader vision to make Livoltek the most service-oriented solar brand in Pakistan.”

Adding to this, Mr. Saif Zia, Technical Head – Aftersales, Livoltek, stated:
“Our goal is to standardize technical competency across all touchpoints. Through these sessions, we’re not just teaching fault resolution—we’re building long-term confidence in our dealer ecosystem to deliver Livoltek’s quality promise right at the customer’s doorstep.”

Participants praised the training as “practical, timely, and essential,” noting that the sessions addressed real-world challenges and gave them confidence in managing post-installation concerns more independently.

Livoltek also emphasized that this is not a one-time activity. The company plans to regularly conduct regional training programs and refreshers to ensure its partners remain up-to-date with new product developments and technical standards.

With this initiative, Livoltek continues to redefine what quality after sales support means in Pakistan’s solar sector—moving beyond call centers and paperwork to deliver knowledge, empowerment, and long-term partnership.
