Just Clocked In! SONRAJ Launches Youth Circle

Sonraj has successfully completed its first Youth Circle Enrichment Program, a new initiative aimed at guiding young talent and giving aspiring entrepreneurs hands-on experience in the world of luxury retail.

Pakistan is one of the youngest countries in the world, with over 60% of its population under 25. This youth isn’t just a number, it’s a powerful force for change and growth. Pakistan’s real strength lies in its diverse, ambitious, and energetic young people, full of untapped potential. It’s time to recognize this new generation as the driving force that can reshape the international luxury market from within Pakistan.

The program, held earlier this month, brought together a group of bright and eager teenagers for two weeks. They took part in workshops, worked on the retail floor, and attended mentoring sessions with senior leaders at Sonraj. They learned about luxury brand management, marketing, customer experience, and the day-to-day operations of running a premium retail business in Pakistan.

Sonraj has always believed in entrepreneurship, community growth, and excellence. Inspired by Pakistan’s rich history of trade and innovation, we aim to pass on that same spirit to the next generation. Whether launching startups, building online businesses, or joining established industries, the future belongs to bold, creative minds.

“Through this program, we hope you’ve seen a glimpse of the global luxury industry, retail, branding, and digital commerce. The world is changing fast — and Pakistan’s youth are ready. You have the energy, the ideas, and now — a bit more experience. Whether you choose to work, start a business, or build something of your own, know that we’re rooting for you.” – Rameez Sattar, CEO Sonraj

Speaking at the closing dinner, Sonraj’s CEO shared a message for this next generation of bold thinkers:

“Your challenge is tougher than before. You’re not just competing with peers in Karachi or Lahore. You’re now competing with them in New York, London, Paris. The world is digital now — it’s global. Everyone has access to the same platforms, the same tools.”

This program is part of Sonraj’s commitment to youth development and giving back to the community. The goal is to support a new generation of confident, curious minds; ones that can dream big and one day build the next global luxury brand from Pakistan.

There’s no shortage of young talent ready to take on industries once seen as out of reach. Pakistan’s youth are no longer just following trends, they’re starting them. The future of luxury is being written right here.
