Clifton Popular and Malir Malangs won their matches on the fourth day of KTPL at Moin Khan Academy here.
In the first match, Malir Malangs scored 90/5 in the first inning and 66/0 in the second inning to win the match by 10 wickets against DHA Dabangs, who scored 55/9 and 100/4, respectively.
Notable scorers from Malir Malangs were Umar Bajwa with 31 in the first inning and Mimran Khan with 36 in the second inning while Saqib scored 36 from DHA Dabangs in the second inning.
Rana Mohsin took 2 wickets from DHA Dabangs in the first inning while Saifullah took 4 wickets and Majid Ali got 3 wickets from Malir Malangs in the first inning and Saifullah took 2 wickets in the second inning.
In the second match, Clifton Popular scored 74/5 in the first inning and 44/1 in the second inning to win the match by 9 wickets against North Nawabs, who scored 46/8 and 66/4, respectively.
Notable scorers from Malir Malangs was Fahad with 32 and 35 while Irfan scored 22 from North Nawabs. Qadir and Arif from Clifton Popular each took 3 wickets in the first inning and got 1 and 2 wickets, respectively, in the second inning.
Jawwad Siddiqui and Sehram Kaka from North Nawab each took 2 wickets in the first inning and Sehram got 1 wicket in the second inning.
